LEGADO DE FAMÍLIA

A casa da avó foi o centro do nosso mundo infantil. À volta do pátio da casa, havia tudo o que pode existir no mundo das crianças: lama fresca debaixo dos pés, o bafo quente das vacas ao carro, o Becas a abanar o rabo, a panela preta do borralho e até patos envolvidos em conspirações internacionais. E a nossa família. A nossa família esteve sempre cá, mesmo depois de já não estar. Esse tempo passou, mas ficou sempre dentro de nós.

O Cesto d’Alice é um regresso a esse lugar de infância. É uma empresa enraizada nos valores que herdámos dos nossos avós Alice e Henrique: o respeito pelas pessoas que nos criam, pela terra que nos nutre e pelo trabalho que nos sustenta.  A nossa agricultura é diversa e de pequena escala, pensada para as famílias que gostam de experimentar na cozinha e à mesa. Famílias para quem plantar, cozinhar e comer também são atos de amor.
